This subscription page provides an overview of your current subscription, word usage, and available upgrade options.
My Plan: View your active plan, monthly cost, and next billing date. Paid users can also access payment details and invoices.
Usage Overview: Monitor your current usage for words and members. The word usage resets every month, even if your are on a yearly plan.
Extra Words: If you exceed your word limit, you can top up with extra word balance. This is available only in paid plans. If you buy extra words, these take priority over your monthly allowance and will carry over from month to month, until they are fully consumed.

Upgrades and Downgrades
You can upgrade from:
a Free version to a Paid version
a Paid version to a higher word capacity
You can downgrade from a paid plan to the free plan at any time. The downgrade takes effect at your next renewal date. If you have purchased extra words and you haven't used them until then, these are removed.
When you downgrade, your account will be locked until you remove any items that exceed the free plan limits (e.g., projects, languages, users).
Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing term.
To prevent renewal in a case of an annual subscription, you must give written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before your term expires.
