The Project Details page provides a comprehensive view of an individual project's status, languages, and files. This page is where you'll manage project-specific content and monitor translation progress.
Project Information
At the top of the page, you'll find key information about your project.
Project name: The name of your current project (editable by clicking on it)
Source language: The language of the source content
Total words and phrases: The total count of words and phrases
Last activity: Date of the most recent changes to the project
Action buttons:
View translations: Opens the translation editor to review and edit translations
Project menu (three dots): Access additional options:
Download all translations: Export the translated files in bulk.
Delete project: Permanently remove this project and its translations.
Language overview
Shows the selected target languages (translate to) for the specific project.
You can remove a language or add more target languages, depending on your plan. When a new language is added, xera will automatically translate all existing source content into the newly added language.
Files
This section displays all your project files, either uploaded manually or pulled from GitHub. For each file, you can view the file type, word count, phrase count, untranslated items, number of translations with low TQI issues, and the file’s last activity (e.g. sync or update).
File menu (three dots):
Download translations: Export the translated files in bulk.
Update File: Replace the source file with an updated version.

Download all translations: Export the translated files in bulk.
If GitHub is not connected, you can link a GitHub repository. If GitHub is connected, you can:
Manage files: Add or remove files from the selected repository and branch (or switch to another).
Edit settings: Define when and how content should be pushed to GitHub.
[Coming soon] View activity log: Track sync actions between Xera and GitHub.
Disconnect integration: Automatically removes all GitHub files from the project.
